Margaret Mann, M.D.

Dr. Margaret Mann has been recognized as a “Top Doctor” in Dermatology every year for over a decade from 2008-2019.

Dr. Margaret Mann is the Co-Founder and the Director of Surgical and Aesthetic Services at Innova Dermatology. Dr. Mann is a board-certified dermatologist with fellowship training in Mohs surgery, dermatologic surgery, cosmetic surgery and vein surgery.

Serving Hendersonville, Gallatin, Goodlettsville and the entire Sumner County area, Dr. Mann performs Mohs micrographic surgery and advanced reconstruction. She is the only fellowship trained Mohs surgeons with over a decade of experience recognized by the American College of Mohs Surgery in Sumner County and the only physician certified by the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. Dr. Mann brings world-class experience from her extensive experience with minimally invasive cosmetic practices which includes a wide range of laser procedures, medical-grade peels and injectables such as Botox and fillers. She is also an expert in venous disease and performs the full spectrum of treatment for varicose veins including endovenous ablation, microphlebectomy and ultrasound guided foam sclerotherapy. Dr. Mann is committed to bringing the highest level of dermatologic care to Middle Tennessee.

Dr. Mann’s practice focuses on the management of skin cancer, venous disease, and cosmetic surgery. In addition to the full spectrum of surgical dermatology, Dr. Mann is an expert in all aspects of venous diseases– venous ulcers, varicose veins, and spider veins. She is well versed in the full range of venous treatments including endovenous ablation, duplex ultrasound, phlebectomy, and sclerotherapy. She also specializes in minimally invasive cosmetic surgery techniques such as Botox, fillers, scar revisions, and laser surgery.

She is a primary investigator on several research projects on skin cancer and venous disease, and has lectured nationally to physicians on these topics. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She is the principle author of two clinical textbooks used extensively in dermatology residency training.

Vineet Mishra, M.D.

Dr. Vineet Mishra is the co-founder of Restoration Dermatology and a board certified dermatologist, fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon and cosmetic dermatologist, and board certified venous disease specialist.

His interests include hiking, working out, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.

He was born and raised in Nashville. He is excited to be returning to Nashville to serve patients in his hometown. His journey started at the University School of Nashville where he attended K-12 followed by Vanderbilt University where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University College of Arts and Science. He completed his medical education at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, internship at Emory University, dermatology residency at the University of Alabama – Birmingham, and procedural dermatology fellowship at Scripps Clinic in San Diego, California under Dr. Hugh Greenway.

From 2013 until 2018, he was Associate Professor of Dermatology and Director of Mohs and Procedural Dermatology at the University of Texas Health Science Center – San Antonio. In 2018, he was recruited back to the Scripps Clinic in San Diego, California as faculty for the Micrographic Surgery & Dermatologic Oncology fellowship and practiced in both the Division of Dermatology and Mohs Surgery and the Division of Vascular Surgery. Also, since 2018, he remains on faculty as Adjunct Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the University of California – San Diego.

To add to his leadership accolades, he served on the Board of Directors of Texas Dermatological Society, San Diego Dermatological Society, American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin – Young Physician Section and American College of Phlebology Foundation. He also previously served as President of the San Diego Dermatological Society, vice president of AAPI- Young Physician Section, and alternate delegate to the American Academy of Dermatology Advisory Board.

Dr. Mishra has published numerous articles in dermatology and venous disease as well as co-authored many book chapters. He also has a special interest in public policy at the state and federal level, serving as Delegate in the American Medical Association House of Delegates.

Ronald S. Winokur, M.D., RPVI

Ronald Winokur M.D., FSIR, FAVLS, RPVI, is a board-certified radiologist specializing in Interventional Radiology. He is the Director of the Weill Cornell Vein Treatment Center, Professor of Clinical Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Attending Radiologist at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Campus.

Dr. Winokur earned his B.S. with Cum Laude Honors in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University in 2002. He then earned his M.D. at Thomas Jefferson University Jefferson Medical College in 2006.

Following an internship in internal medicine at The Lankenau Hospital, Dr. Winokur trained as a resident in Diagnostic Radiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he became Chief Resident from 2010-2011. He then completed his fellowship in Interventional Radiology from 2012-2013 at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York, NY.

Dr. Winokur subsequently worked at Weill Cornell Medicine – NewYork Presbyterian Hospital from 2013-2019 before becoming Associate Professor of Radiology and Director of Venous Interventions at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital from 2019-2021. He has rejoined the faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine in September 2022 as the Director of the Weill Cornell Vein Treatment Center.

Dr. Winokur's clinical expertise is the minimally invasive treatment of venous conditions including varicose veins, spider veins, pelvic venous disorders (aka pelvic congestion syndrome), vulvar varices, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and pulmonary embolism (PE). Dr. Winokur uses minimally invasive techniques such as endovenous laser therapy (EVLT), Venaseal, Varithena, Clarivein, microphlebectomy and sclerotherapy to provide high quality, individualized care to each patient with varicose veins and spider veins. He also identfies those with venous origin pelvic pain to pick the best treatment such as ovarian vein embolization, vein stenting or both.

In addition to his clinical interest and experience, Dr. Winokur is involved in national medical leadership as the Chair of the Venous Service Line for the Society of Interventional Radiology and served as the founding President-Elect and President of the New York Roentgen Society Interventional Radiology Section. He is on the Board of Directors of the American Vein and Lymphatic Society (AVLS) and the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine (ABVLM). Dr. Winokur has also been named New York Super Doctors Rising Star 2015-2017 and Castle Connolly Top Doc 2019-2023.

Dr. Winokur has numerous publications spanning all aspects of venous disease with a passion for improving the care provided to women suffering from chronic pelvic pain as a result of pelvic venous disease. He is leading efforts on research studies to better understand the best treatment when veins cause pelvic pain in women. He has also acted as guest editor for issues in Seminars in Interventional Radiology and Techniques in Interventional Radiology in addition to numerous invited lectures at national and international meetings. As part of his research, Dr. Winokur is the site Principal Investigator for NIH and industry funded research trials such as Chronic Venous Thrombosis: Relief With Adjunctive Catheter-Directed Therapy (The C-TRACT Trial) in chronic DVT and venous specific stent development (The GORE® VIAFORT Vascular Stent Iliofemoral Study).

Eri Fukaya, M.D.

Dr. Eri Fukaya is a Vascular Medicine specialist with clinical and research interests in chronic venous disease. She received her medical education and completed Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training in Japan prior to coming to the US where she additionally trained in Internal Medicine and Vascular Medicine.

Dr. Fukaya started the Stanford Vascular and Vein Clinic and treats advanced venous disease patients at the Advanced Wound Care Center. She serves as the fellowship director for the Stanford Vascular Medicine Fellowship Program and maintains an active clinical and didactic teaching role for a multidisciplinary group of residents and fellows at Stanford.

Her research includes understanding the genetic underpinnings and pathophysiology of chronic venous disease, evaluating the epidemiology and diagnostic approaches to venous leg ulcers, working with societal groups to increase vascular disease awareness and access to care, and incorporating clinical interventions to utilize mobile health with information technology.

Richard “Rick” Kennedy, PA-C

Richard (Rick) Kennedy, MSPA, MBA, PA-C serves currently as the CEO of the Center for Vascular Medicine and as the Executive Director of the Lakhanpal Vein Foundation, based in Washington DC. Over his more than 30 year career in healthcare he has served in Senior Leadership positions at both hospitals as well as integrated delivery systems all over the US. He began his career as the VP Operations at EmCare managing an array of hospital-based physician practices including Maternal Health, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine/Trauma and Behavioral Health Services. He moved on to inpatient operations and ultimately served as the CEO at HCA Northwest Medical Center in Margate, Florida.

In his current role he manages the day to day operations of the Center for Vascular Medicine which focuses exclusively on the outpatient treatment of Peripheral Arterial Disease and Pelvic Venous Insufficiency. In addition, he leads the nonprofit Lakhanpal Vein Foundation which has seen the publication of over 25 studies exclusively in the area of Venous and Lymphatic disorders over the past ten years.

Edward M. Boyle, M.D.

Edward Boyle, M.D., has a career that spans clinical surgery, vascular research, and medical innovation. After graduating from the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis, Dr. Boyle completed his surgical training at the University of Washington in Seattle. This included completion of residency training in surgery and sub specialization in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery.

During his tenure at the University of Washington, Dr. Boyle also completed a cardiovascular research fellowship. In this setting he developed basic science and clinical research programs, primarily focusing on blood vessel disorders at a basic science level. After starting out his career specializing in cardiothoracic surgery, he now sub specializes entirely in treating patients with vein and vascular disorders.

As a researcher Dr. Edward Boyle has published over 90 manuscripts in peer reviewed medical journals and textbooks. In addition, he is an inventor on over 20 US and international patents. He has received research awards from the American College of Surgeons, the American Heart Association, the Western Thoracic Surgery Association and the Seattle Surgical Society in addition to innovation awards from the European Association of Cardiothoracic Surgeons, the Gold Medical Design Excellence Award, ID Design Distinction, a Spark Award, and a Good Design Award. His work has also been cited on the R&D 100 list, which salutes the 100 most technologically significant products introduced into the marketplace. He was also the recipient of the Innovations in Cardiovascular Interventions (ICI) award for developing Pleuraflow, a device used to improve outcomes for patients recovering after heart and lung surgery.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Boyle is active in surgical innovation where he has experience developing medical devices from idea state through commercialization. Dr. Boyle was a founder of Elixis, a healthcare information technology company. This company was acquired by Data Critical Corporation (NASDAQ: DCCA), now a division of General Electric (NYSE: GE). Dr. Boyle is a founder of ClearFlow Medical, Precision Thoracic Corporation and VenX, all early stage medical device companies where he was an inventor of medical devices that relate to minimally invasive surgical techniques or process improvements in healthcare. Recently, he co-founded Enhanced Recovery after Surgery (ERAS) Cardiac Surgery, a not-for-profit patient safety organization with the mission is to optimize perioperative care of surgical patients through collaborative discovery, analysis, expert consensus, and dissemination of best practices.

Above all, however, his interest is patients with the highest value care in a caring, convenient setting. Being involved in ongoing innovation, therefore, at a national and international level, allows him to stay up to date with the latest or soon to be available treatments. This facilitates his ability to provide patients with the most up to date, innovative approaches for their care needs.

Dr. Boyle strives to continuously improve access care at the Inovia Vein Specialty Clinics, not only at our original clinic in Bend, Oregon, but at our expansion clinics in Tigard, Northwest Portland, Hillsboro and Happy Valley, Oregon.

M. Mark Melin, M.D.

M. Mark Melin M.D. FACS RPVI FACCWS, is the Medical Director of the Wound Clinic, Gonda Vascular Center, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota. His interests and educational niches include management of lymphedema/dermal lymphatic dysfunction in the wounded patient, the endothelial glycocalyx, wound pH and biofilm management, adjunctive micronutrient and bionutrient application to wound care, diosmin hesperidin Micronized Purified Flavonoid Fraction (MPFF) applications to wound care, polygenic/polymorphism abnormality impact upon wound resolution, and emerging imaging and treatment technologies in wound therapeutic strategies. He has participated in education, research and publications regarding spaceflight analog physiology, human adaptability in space flight, and is an Aerospace Medical Association (AsMA) and Space Surgery Association (SSA) member. He previously participated in the educational activities of the Wound Fellowship program at the University of Minnesota, 2022-2023. He is a Board Member of SalSal (Save a Limb, Save a Life) and the Foundation for the Advancement of Wound Care, serving the American College of Clinical Wound Specialists (ACCWS).

He and his wife Cindy of 35 years, have 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren.

Sreenivas Reddy M.D., DABVLM

Sreenivas Reddy, MD is an accomplished physician leader and founder of the Vein and Vascular Centers. A board-certified Diagnostic Radiologist with fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology from Rush-Presbyterian- St. Luke’s Center, Chicago. He is a member of Society of Interventional Radiology, American vein and lymphatic Society, Radiological Society of North America and outpatient endovascular and interventional Society (OEIS).

In addition to running a successful medical practice, Dr. Reddy is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He is Board of Trustees of the Chicago Medical Society and active member of the Illinois State Medical Society (ISMS).

Dr. Reddy is currently the chairperson of the Illinois State Medical Board and service on the Cook County Health Foundation Board.

Dr. Reddy has been affiliated with Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital for over 15 years. He specializes in Vascular and Interventional Radiology and has devoted more than half of his practice to vein and vascular treatments. With more than 20 years of experience in performing endovenous vein treatments, Dr. Reddy has become one of Chicago’s premiere vein treatment specialists.  His expertise include peripheral vascular disease, uterine fibroid embolizations and many arterial interventions.  Using the latest advancements in technology and methods, Dr. Reddy has successfully treated thousands of patients.

Dr. Reddy is committed to volunteer service and believes strongly in  health equity and equal opportunity.  He is married to Dr. Lali Reddy, practicing Dermatologist, and lives outside Chicago with his 2 teenage sons.

Gloria Salazar, M.D., FSIR

Gloria Salazar, M.D., FSIR FCIRSE is certified by the American Board of Radiology, with added qualification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. A specialist in Women’s Health and venous interventional procedures, her clinical interests include endovascular interventions, superficial/deep venous disease, pelvic venous disorders, and vascular malformations. She became a driving force for women's health as past chair of the Society of Interventional Radiology Women’s Health Council and promotes this field throughout the world. She routinely speaks at international conferences and continues to author numerous publications, allowing for the further development of the field of Interventional Radiology and Venous Disease. She is currently the Vice Chair of Diversity and Health Equity of the Radiology Department at the University of North Carolina.
