Ultrasound Hands-On Workshop

Limited opportunity for 25 in-person attendees for interactive, hands-on ultrasound instruction with our expert faculty. This session may only be added onto In-Person Registrations and will not be a part of the on-demand recordings.
AVLS & All that Jazz on Bourbon Street
Saturday, October 15, 7:30 PM - 10:30 PM CDT

Experience a night in New Orleans like no other! Arriving in the French Quarter of New Orleans, you will parade with a second line from the Mississippi Riverfront to Bourbon Street. At the corner of St. Louis and Bourbon Streets, our exclusive balcony at Bourbon Vieux provides views and access to all the sights and sounds New Orleans has to offer and home base for your experience. Our bus will run a continuous loop between the Hyatt Regency and the French Quarter until 11:00 PM.
*Physicians-in-Training (Residents, Fellows, and Medical Students) will be asked to submit a letter verifying their educational program.
Covid-19 Precautions
The AVLS is currently monitoring the progression of Covid-19. Measures like social distancing and masking may be required to create a safe space for our in-person attendees. These precautions are subject to change, please continue to check back as we approach the event date.
If the AVLS Annual Congress becomes a virtual-only event, in-person attendees will be automatically transferred to a virtual registration and refunded the difference.
Group Discount
Five or more attendees from the same office qualify for the group discount of 10% off Congress Registration Fees. Contact [email protected] or call 510-346-6800 for your unique discount code.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations will be refunded less a $295.00 administrative fee upon written notice of cancellation. In order to qualify for a refund of fees, your cancellation notice must be received no later than September 19, 2022. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date or for lack of attendance. Refunds will be processed after Congress is complete. Donations to attend Foundation for Venous & Lymphatic Disease fundraisers are non-refundable.
International Attendees
In order to better support our attendees from outside the United States, a 40% discount will automatically be applied for residents of developing countries as determined by the International Monetary Fund’s World Economic Outlook Report. The AVLS can provide documents that will document your participation in the 36th Annual Congress. Please note that the AVLS cannot intervene with either the U.S. Embassy abroad or with the U.S. State Department on behalf of any participant.

Registration Confirmation: Once you have registered for the meeting you will receive an email confirmation, which you can also bring to your visa interview. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please email [email protected].
