Welcome to the Innovation Pavilion
Be a part of the conversation at the largest and most comprehensive medical conference for venous and lymphatic disease in the United States. The Innovation Pavilion at the AVLS Annual Congress is a place for attendees and exhibitors to gather and discuss the latest developments in venous and lymphatic medicine by showcasing their new products and services to advance the field. For 2022, Exhibitors will have the opportunity to present an interactive, educational experience for attendees on Sunday, October 16 in the Venous and Lymphatic Village. To participate in the Village, complete the application in your Exhibitor Portal.

Exhibiting
Booths will be selected in real time on a first come, first served basis using an interactive, online platform. Booth space will be available on March 1, 2022. Full booth payment is due at the time of reservation. Booth reservations that have not been paid in full within 15 days of the reservation will be canceled.
In-Person Exhibit Booth (10’x10’): $4,900
- Larger booths are available up to 20'x20'. Multiple adjoining booths dvided by a dotted line may be purchased.
- Includes a Virtual Booth on the Annual Congress event website and mobile app.
- Two (2) complimentary in-person exhibitor attendee registration badges for a 10'x10' booth space and five (5) exhibitor attendee registration badges for a 10'x20' booth space for company representatives.
- Additional badges: $600 per badge
- Pre-registration attendee mailing list in September
- FInal attendee list in November
- One complimentary lead retrieval user license per exhibitor. Additional licenses are available for $149 each.

Exhibitor Informational Meeting
All exhibitors are encouraged to send a representative to participate in an open forum with the AVLS staff on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 10:30 AM. Future plans are formulated in response to the feedback provided at this meeting. All exhibitors are welcome.

Venous & Lymphatic Village
The Venous & Lymphatic Village is an opportunity to offer an interactive educational experience for Annual Congress attendees on the science and best practices of your products and services. Originally launched in 2018, the Village is a space for attendees to engage with exhibitors with a hands-on, educational focus. Attending the village is not elegible for CME.
Application Process
A limited number of spaces are available in the Village. The application is available in the Exhibitor Portal. Companies must be a 2022 Exhibitor to participate in the Village.
The application includes the following questions:
- What are your learning objectives for attendees?
- Who will be the scientific or education faculty at your station?
- What will attendees experience at your station?
Submit your application after registering for a booth. The application is under the Tasks list in the Exhibitor Portal.
